What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you give us. When you call the number on this site, the call is routed through a call-tracking service; we record the calling number and the time of the call, and if you leave a voicemail we keep the recording and an automatic transcript.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your pest control enquiry and pass it to the one vetted, independent pest control technician that serves Cambridge through this site. That pest control technician contacts you directly and handles the work under its own licences and insurance. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking. It sets no cookies of its own. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and uptime, and our phone provider records the number you called from and any voicemail you leave so we can return the call.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and call records are kept only as long as needed to serve the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and our own records.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cambridgepestcontrol.ca and we will action it. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) we only contact you with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing the same address.
